Standardized Agreement Templates

The agreement templates listed in the table were created by the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership (MACP)* to lower the barriers to form industry-to-academic collaborations in digital health. The templates cover the areas of software and technology licensing and sponsored research in digital health. These are offered as a free informational resource.

The templates were designed to make it easier for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and the private sector to do business with our world-class academic institutions by standardizing the starting point for negotiations with universities across institutions. Each template comes with a user-friendly guide.
